Many types of heaters evolved in the early 1800’s most commonly were wood burning, with the later uses of natural gas. Small gas type heaters were developed for home and other uses such as hotels and businesses. Thru the years with electricity now being used Radiant Bulb Heaters were developed using Carbon Filament Bulbs this type of heater was generally very small with only 2-3 bulbs. Generating a fair amount of heat and using a backsplash to radiate the heat to on direction. These heaters are not commonly found in today’s marketplace.
