In 1907 Thomas Adams Gum Company introduced the vending machine to the United States it sold Tutti-Fruiti gum. As the years went on there was a vending machine for just about everything; cigars, cigarettes, soda, even candy and snack foods. Candy Machines became very popular in the American marketplace placed in Gas Stations, Movie Theaters and Train Stations. We still use some of these vending machines today.
